Image1 Photography take your privacy very seriously.  We do not share or sell your name, or any other information about you, with any other person or organisation.

Any personal information we have on file will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, GDPR andother applicable laws.

We will only record information about individuals where it is specifically and knowingly provided by them, for example, at the time of booking studio time.

When you make a booking for photography, we record personal information solely to process and fulfil your requirements. Subsequently, we do not save this information completely but we do retain the absolute minimum required in order to facilitate any necessary identification at a later stage.

We employ all reasonable and practicable precautions to keep your personal information secure. However, we cannot be held responsible for any breach of security as a result of deliberate, malicious or criminal attack on our systems, as covered by the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and similar legislation. Please note that we also reserve the right to disclose information at the request of the police or other authorised government agencies, in order to comply with UK law.
